Chest Workout

Chest workout is necessary for making chest more bigger and may be you are doing this. But the question is are you doing in right way? Is you getting improvements? Are you giving proper time to chest exercise?....

Basically there are two muscles which work thoroughly for making chest function. These are Pectoralis Major and Pectoralis Minor. Pectoralis minor is held underneath the pectoralis major. These muscle start the clavicle and insert at armpit area and sternum.
These muscle cause to move your arms. Best exercise for is Bench press and flyes

Basically chest is made up with single mass muscle but we can divide it into 3 different parts. We can say them  Upper, middle and lower parts.

Best stimulation for upper part is through incline bench and it stimulate 35-40%.

The middle part is stimulated perfectly by exercising in flat bench.

The lower part stimulate 30-40% on decline bench easily.

In my opinion the heavier weight will make  a strong foundation rather than a lower. If your chest is your weak point than a free weight will make it stronger rather than any machine do.
